LUZAJ TOWERS

This project consists in building two towers of 27 stories, each to be used as residential and hotel accommodation. These structures are quite the challenge for our design team but a challenge far overcome with a beautiful design provided. Part of the design process were the transfer structures between floors 3 and 5, the composite core walls and special foundation measures regarding such peculiar load distribution.

SAN NICOLAS HOTEL

This is a hotel building with reinforced concrete structure, consisting of 4 floors above ground and 8 underground hotel and parking levels.

PALASE, ALBANIA

POLARIS ONE

This is a residential and service building with reinforced concrete structure, consisting of 8 floors above ground and 2 parking levels.

Part of the project involved the complete design of the structure with transfer elements, with a reinforced concrete supporting wall system and the protection of excavation with sheet pile wall, featuring a 8-meter deep excavation.

BELVEDERE VILLAS COMPLEX

This project consists in designing the structures of 59 individual villas me one underground stories and 2-3 aboveground storiesin Korca City.

Out task consisted in designing the reinforced concrete structures for the buildings as well as the retaining walls.

This is a residential and service building with reinforced concrete structure, consisting of 7 floors above ground and 2 parking levels.
